Spills & Cleaning: For daily cleaning, use a mild dish soap or a pH-balanced granite cleaner mixed with warm water. Avoid anything containing lemon, vinegar, or ammonia, as they can damage the surface and remove the protective sealant.

Wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining. Use coasters to prevent water rings or condensation stains.

Surface Protection: Use trivets or hot pads under hot cookware to prevent cracks from thermal shock. Also use cutting boards or mats when chopping or cutting to protect the surface from scratches or gouges.
